Compensation & Benefits:

$70,000 – $ 80,000 base salary plus Incentive income (flexible structure)

Job Description

This role is designed for Certified Orthotic Fitters (COF) and Certified Pedorthists (Cped) seeking to expand their impact beyond direct patient care. By leveraging clinical expertise and industry knowledge, practitioners will establish strong relationships with physician care teams, educate healthcare professionals about our patient care services, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance patient mobility and overall well-being. The position blends patient interaction with strategic outreach to grow the company’s market presence. It offers a unique opportunity to align clinical skills with business development, driving meaningful outcomes for patients and applicants' personal, professional, and financial goals.

Range of Responsibilities

  • Work closely with physician care teams to provide top-tier orthotic and prosthetic solutions
  • Provide the highest standard of patient care
  • Become an expert on the company's core products
  • Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Manage physician accounts and account managers.
  • Collaborate with our practitioners to highlight our specialty services.
  • Competent to speak about our innovative technology capabilities and the Central Fab services
  • Engage with the sales and marketing team for specialty campaigns from your account relationships
  • Utilize CRM, OPIE, to manage your accounts
  • 15 outreach visits per day, via in-person, emails/faxes, and phone calls.
  • Engage key stakeholders in Ortho, Podiatry, PM&R, In-Patient Rehab, Spine, Trauma, CCS, Pediatric Specialty, and Hospital Accounts
  • Manage 12-18 patient interactions weekly
  • Train Daily on Cardone U


Qualifications & Education

  • Certified Orthotic Fitter or Certified Pedorthist 2 years minimum
  • Physical Therapist  
  • Graduate of Kinesiology
  • Sales experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • 60 percent of time in the field
  • 40 percent of the time is patient care
  • Bending over, stooping, kneeling, standing, sitting, and walking.
  • Lifting 50 pounds
